Before you move in, we complete a detailed move-in report that documents the condition of the property. This protects both you and us, and it's your record of how everything looked at the start of your lease.
We'll go over your lease together, and you'll get your door code so you can settle in.
Within 48 hours of moving in, check your email for your move-in checklist. Look over the report and let us know about anything you'd like noted.
You'll receive a copy of the signed condition report for your records.
To get your full security deposit back, leave the property in the same condition you found it — minus normal wear and tear. Review this checklist before your final walkthrough.
You'll need to give at least 30 days' notice before your move-out date. To start, log into your resident portal and complete the move-out request form.
Be sure to include a forwarding address so we can mail your security deposit.
Any cleaning or repairs beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit.
Indiana law requires your deposit to be returned within 45 days of move-out.
If any deductions are made, you'll receive a written itemized statement of all charges.
