Austin Shrock is a construction professional and real estate operator with a background in large-scale project management and hands-on development. After earning a degree in Construction Management from Ball State University, he began his career with Kiewit, where he worked as a field engineer on major industrial projects, including a $35M natural gas power plant. His experience spans budgeting, logistics, subcontractor coordination, and managing large crews, giving him a strong operational foundation that he brings into every project. Today, Austin is the Owner/Manager of Shrock Construction and Copper Ridge Properties, where he focuses on developing, renovating, and managing residential and commercial real estate throughout Northeast Indiana, combining construction expertise with practical asset management to deliver consistent results for property owners.
Kayla has been a dedicated Property Manager with Copper Ridge Property Management since 2022, bringing a strong commitment to both property owners and residents. A proud mom of two, she values family and the balance that comes with a fulfilling home life. Kayla has called Noble County home since 2016 and takes pride in serving the local community she knows and loves. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors. She is passionate about helping others find peace and fulfillment, believing that a well-managed home environment plays an important role in creating balance and satisfaction in everyday life.
Courtney joined our staff in 2021. She is married with two dogs and enjoys camping and spending time outdoors. She primarily manages accounts for Copper Ridge Property Management, helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. An East Noble graduate who was born and raised locally, Courtney is passionate about supporting small businesses and real estate professionals, and holds a technical certificate in accounting.
Bailey started working for Copper Ridge in 2025 and is our marketing and advertising head. Spending a lot of time managing social media platforms and client outreach, she has based her work toward creating a more personalized system as well as strategically gearing it to fit what our clientele needs most. She is married with two children, loves the sunshine and time spent outside, spending as much time with her family as possible. Bailey graduated from Fairfield High School and served the West Noble community for 11 years before changing career goals in order to pursue more time with her little ones. Her goals with this company are to create exponential growth and a sense of community.
